11/10(日)、11/16(土)、11/17(日)に開催する「なら市民フェスティバル2024」のプレイベントです。協力団体と「緑の祭典」（入賞者発表会）出場者が出演されます。市民の皆様に、無料で気軽に音楽を楽しんでいただきます。（一部、有料イベントがあります）
